Can I install the eSIM before I arrive?
Yes. We recommend installing it 1–3 days before departure on stable Wi-Fi. After arrival, turn on the eSIM line and enable data roaming.

Can I top up data or extend my plan?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code. Connect to stable Wi-Fi, go to your phone's mobile or cellular settings, scan the QR code, and follow the prompts.

Dial *#06#. If a 32-digit EID appears, your device usually supports eSIM. You can also check our full compatible devices list.
Does this eSIM support hotspot or tethering?
Yes. You can use hotspot or tethering, and the shared data will count toward your eSIM data allowance.
