Submit Your Activation Details

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please click the link in the email, or use the button below, to submit your IMEI number, EID number, and arrival date in the United States.

Install the eSIM After Arrival

On your arrival date at 8:00 AM PST, T-Mobile will automatically activate your eSIM. Please connect to airport Wi-Fi and look for the push notification: “T-Mobile cellular plan is ready to install.” Tap it to download and connect automatically.

Turn On Data and Start Browsing

Go to your phone settings:
① Set the T-Mobile eSIM as your primary data line
② Turn off automatic data switching
③ Turn on Data Roaming
④ Restart your phone

  • Dial *#06# from your mobile phone. If a 32-digit EID appears on the screen, it means your device supports eSIM.
  • Make sure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM.
  • No refund will be given if the device is found to be incompatible after purchase.

  • It is recommended to activate the eSIM at least 1 day before departure.
  • The QR Code must be installed and activated within 90 days of purchase.
  • Activation must occur within the country of intended use.
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection is required during the installation process.
  • Do not delete your eSIM profile - once deleted, it cannot be restored or refunded.

Please follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM:

• We recommend installing your eSIM within 24 hours before departure.

• Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.

• Scan the QR Code provided in the email to install the eSIM.

• If scanning is not possible, use the manual setup information included in the same email.

📱 Step 2: Activate Your eSIM

Upon arrival at your destination:

• Go to your phone settings and set the eSIM as your primary data line.

• Turn off Automatic Data Switching (if enabled).

• Turn on the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.

• Restart your device.

💡 Important Tips

• If your eSIM does not connect immediately after installation, do not delete the eSIM profile.
